Having the same problems. Must be something with the new FP2002 extensions.

Just an FYI regarding this issue, Starr posted an announcement in the FrontPage forum about the new server extensions for FP2k2 being installed and for everyone using FP2k2 to 'reinstall' their extensions through their Ops area.
It has been my experience through several hosts that the FP extension issue is common. My previous host, Valueweb, had many of the same issues.
Be sure to reinstall your FP extensions. And, to make life a little easier, learn some other techniques that will have you relying less upon the FP web bots and extensions. In the long run you will find more versatility using other methods of design with FP other than using just their navbars and themes.
I'm going to post a little tutorial about 'includes'. This is a powerful tool in FP that can make your site much more maintenace free and less reliant upon the server extensions.
