i think there was some sorta slip up?
my site went over the 25 gb limit, but i've already signed the "overage agreement form," nearly 3 weeks ago. shouldnt that have prevented the site being taken off line?
my records as of last night showed that i was just over 25 GB for the past 30 days (all of september), which means i should have been charged an additional 8 dollars for the less-than-1gb over, and not taken off line (according to our signed agreement).
(as an aside, the stats in my OPS now show 24.96, oct 1 - sept 1.)
please advise?
