i dont want to reinstall all the board so if i upload via FTP files contained in the file phpBB-2.0.3-files.zip
[DB]
[DOCS]
[INCLUDES]
login.php
update_to_203.php

Use the patches only download that you have.
Copy the *.php files that are in the the patches only download to your site making sure you keep the files in the same relative directories they are in - login.php and update_to_203.php stay in the phpbb2 directory (or whatever you've named it). The other files stay in phpbb2/includes or phpbb2/db as appropriate. The contents of the docs directory are documentation and don't need to be uploaded.
After you've done that, run the update_to_203.php file using something like http://yourdomain.com/phpbb2/update_to_2.03.php
That last step will update your database
You're done.
You should delete the update_to_203.php file after verifying that everything is working

You should now visit the General Configuration settings page in the Administration Panel and check the General Configuration of the board. If you updated from versions prior to RC-3 you must update some entries. If you do not do this emails sent from the board will contain incorrect information. Don't forget to delete this file!
Seems ok no? Thanx BILL! :-)
