how delete credit card info?

I'm a new user so forgive my ignorance of procedures. I was in the OPS and had to submit a different credit card. The system seems to support no mechanism for deleting, only adding. I do not want more than one credit card in that database. How can I delete the info?

Also, I notice there is no operator to answer the phones? I know it's only $7 etc. but no-one to answer the phones at all? Is this their day off or is that the norm. Is this a totally virtual service? Why even have the phone number then?

Our phones are on 9 - 5 PDT Monday through Friday. Only 2 lines are lit up at this time, so if you were to call, I am sure someone would be able to take your call.

If you want to remove a credit card, please send an email to billing@powweb.com and ask the credit card you are no longer using be "deactivated".
