I hear good feedback from weightlifters, but that's for the content, not the design. So i'd like to know what you think about it visually, and technically, since i'm a designer (and weightlifter), not a programmer by any means.

Overall, the site is nice and fits nicely into an 800x600 resolution screen. Good "easy on the eye" colors and easy to read.

You seem to have some pages opening in new windows, while others open in the same window. This could be confusing to some users, especially your "About the Owners" that when you click the "Go Back Home" link, it opens the main page in the second open window, giving you 2 open windows of the same page.

I would suggest, that if you are going to open some in new windows, at least set them to close that window and leave the user with only one main page window open.

You also have 200k + of graphics on the main page, this causes it load rather slow on a dialup modem connection.

Originally, i had all the links open in a new window then realized that was just incredibly annoying. I musta missed the owners page when i changed it.
