Why do I see "Banner 10000075" under Sponsors and "Banner 10000076" at the top of the main section? (no actual banners, just text)

Other than that, I like the page quite a bit.

I too had some problems w/your banners..

As to the whole.. I like it alot... and I don't often say that. Because I like it alot.. I'm going to be VERY finicky..

The blue of your header black background (sides) are to close in coloring.. if you are able.. I'd suggest lightening the blue a few shades.. and swapping the black for a lighter complimentary color.

On various pages.. your txt goes from Arial to Times New Roman & back (or similar fonts anyway).. I'd make it all Arial font.. no times (easily done in a style sheet).

When you go into the fixit area.. color scheme changes.. no big, as your style is the same.. but I did notice it.

Well.. there's my finickyness. All in all.. very nice site.. clean instructional graphics, etc. I'm not in Omaha.. but you earned my bookmark anyway.

I like it alot...very easy to navigate, great layout, full of quality content.

My only suggestion is to lose the black background...I don't think it vibes well with the layout.

Other than that, fantastic! Do you really have radio ads for the site?

You use one font size for contractor of the month and another for the new features section. The lay out looks fine but the text is so small in the new features section I need to lean closer to the screen to read it. The size in contractor of the month is much more comfortable. If your target audience is the older or retired crowd I would make it easier to read.

Like everybody else said loose the black sides.

Nice, but dude, lose the No-Right-Click script :rolleyes:
if you're going to use one, at least use a GOOD one, use this:

<script language=JavaScript>
<!--
var message="";
///////////////////////////////////
function clickIE() {if (document.all) {(message);return false;}}
function clickNS(e) {if
(document.layers||(document.getElementById&&!document.all)) {
if (e.which==2||e.which==3) {(message);return false;}}}
if (document.layers)
{document.captureEvents(Event.MOUSEDOWN);document. onmousedown=clickNS;}
else{document.onmouseup=clickNS;document.oncontext menu=clickIE;}

document.oncontextmenu=new Function("return false")
// -->
</script>

It doesn't show the dumb error.

Same with the disabled Status text.. or blinking "Nothing" status bar text, that has to be that ABSOLUTE most annoying script used (well, besides the obvious, lol).

We'll give it a whirl.

Thx,

Great job. Easy to navigate. Most of it appears "above the fold". Ample content, and most importantly a good idea for a site. It's the first handy man site I have ever seen.

To my knowledge we're really the only site like it out there. Or at least the only ones who provide the services that we do, like we do. We're getting ready to open version 3.o which is 100% automated, can't wait. =)

Thanks for the post!
