The content is WAY to wide I have to scroll the width of my screen about 3X. The home page is white text on black background. All the other pages are black on white it would look better if it was all consistant.

I know english classes suck but grammer and tense do matter. "Joined" is past tense so you should use "had" instead of has. I didn't look at the rest for grammer errors.
"two more WarCraft III players has joined the 1500 wins group"

Cool graphic.

As with most Gamers sites, you have designed for 1024x768, which is fine because I suspect that you are targeting only the Gamer crowd.

But I have to agree with bathheaven, that you should maintain the same color scheme throughout your site. It would look more professional if you done so.

It does look better than the last time I visited :)

First, I do not understand the site content at all but then if I knew anything about the game(s) your playing that would perhaps be different. It obviously is not chess or checkers. Your header graphic is a good site mood setter and having it around all the time perhaps preserves the mood but is wasted space and I think interferes with smooth navigation. You might have the big header appear on the home page but otherwise a width=100% height=100 version/image would eliminate a lot of the jerky navigation when subjects that do not have a new page are selected. Something as simple as wc3net.com might work.

The link underlines are a big distraction from the general appearance and I think your mouseover color should go from modulated, as it now is to a brighter hue, like it's turned on. I like the links that provide a new browser window. Perhaps because those pages are much more finished, and attractive if the hue of the red were turned down some what, than the black text on white content. I would argue against changing the black text on white to white text on black but it sure would add to the general appearance of the site and I believe young eyes would not mind. Those game arcades are always dark anyway (lol with a small l). I could add more but for now keep up the good work.

Notes: you have some text in the right frame that is just too dark/muted for good reading and I don't particularly like the oversize text you use in some places/home.

I see you've done some recent work on your home page. Much improved. I'm a little perplexed by your navigation system. It still jerks when a non new page subject is selected/linked. That leads me to think a new page is being loaded everytime a different non new page subject is selected/linked. Which leads me to think your using SSI for your navigation, rather than frames, and a new page is being loaded with each non new page subject link rather than just loading what I presume is an iframe. Could you not have but one navigation frame and one display frame/iframe. A new subject selection would not then load a new page and a selected link would load the display frame/iframe from PHP if need be. I may be off base here but if you don't know where your going all roads will get you there.
