Changing WHOIS Records

Is there a way to change a WHOIS record for a domain name? I registered my domain name through PowWeb. Should I be contacting 15domains.com instead?

If you had Powweb register your domain for you, you will find a place to manage your WHOIS information in your OPS for that domain (under "Domreg"). Or, you can always go through 15domains.com if you set up an "account management" login with them.

When I go to DOMREG in ops I just get a message saying "You currently do not have any domains registered through PowWeb."

Also, on 15domains.com my PowWeb login and password doesn't work, and I don't see where I can sign up to get an account.

I sent a message to 15domains.com. I wonder if I should be contacting PowWeb instead. I suppose I'll wait for a responce from them--I'm in no hurry.
