FTP error - space??

Just went to upload some changes and got an ftp error (with 2 seperate ftp proggies) as follows:

-450-Error during write to file: No space left on device
-450 /htdocs/index.php partially uploaded

now according to my ops info - I've only used 25mb of my 250mb allowance.

Any ideas??

Perhaps that explains why nobody "attached" to Powweb bothered to respond - oh well :(
