www vs. no www?

Hello. I'm just getting things set up. My domain name was registered through dotster.com a long time ago. I changed the name servers to my new PowWeb space. However, there is a problem.

mydomain.com works, but www.mydomain.com does not. Ideas?

Could you post your domain name and let's see if www works for others. I have seen this before.

Login to OPS and see if you have the wildcard "*" as an alias.
canonoical name (CNAME) Alias: * Hostname: yourdomain.com.

This will make it work with anything www, hello, whatever
