No HTDOCS? Heck no nothing for that matter.

OK I just setup a new package on Powweb. Got my confirmation email. All is up EXCEPT domain which will take up to 48hrs to propogate. No biggie. I can access my OPS, and FTP with no problem, HOWEVER, when I go to my FTP, I have NOTHING in my root. No HTDOCS, no nothing. I have other sites on powweba dn they all have htdocs folder where you place your site files.
Is there a reason the htdocs is not showing up yet? Maybe the techs forgot to create those Directories on my new package?

Maybe I should contact them.

It took only 15minutes for one of my packages and over 3 hours for another. I think it depends on how busy the techs are at the moment.

Thanks Jade,

I kinda figured that. And with callisto MySQL flaking out right now, I imagine they are a little busy(or at least they should be:) )

Thanks again

This is getting really discouraging.

My site was activated this morning around 8 am. It is now about 12hrs later. I have full FTP access. Domain name still not propogated(which is fine). But when I access my FTP, I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY FOLDERS IN THERE!!!!

No HTDOCS, no NOTHING!

I emailed support. No response yet.

To top it off, 2 of my other sites have been down almost all day now due to the problems on callisto server AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

This is turning out to be a crappy day at the home front :(

My site isn't on callisto, it's on Neptune.

I guess Neptune is dead too; haven't been able to login since yesterday (and instead of checking the problem, support told me to "check my fetch settings" duh).

Dead, dead, dead.

worldjazz,
Did you check in OPS to see if anything has changed, status etc? See if you have something in history.

For grins, I checked OPS.

Everything is "active" and looks to be normal.

I changed nothing, I did nothing. My site is DEAD.

This really isn't so difficult to understand, it just seems that PowWeb is having trouble FIXING things.
