Can't access Server - Powweb won't respond to Server Errors!

I can't now access my webpage using Fetch. Has worked fine for the last several months.

Now I login but get "can't connect to port" server errors.

The worst thing is that emails to PowWeb are answered slowly, and then they don't really read the question but send "instructions" for Fetch. I've only been doing this for 9 years and don't need instructions on how to work MY software. Clearly PowWeb is having serious problems and the service has steadily been going downhill.

How can I get someone from PowWeb to REALLY read the question and REALLY try to fix the problem????

If you're having problems, why then does "Joe M" in technical support blame ME for the trouble instead of telling me there are problems?

And isn't "Callisto" a different server than the one i'm on, "Neptune"?

Seems to me that your index.html is completely blank.
Did you checked it?
