General lag on Callisto?

Anyone else having lag issues on Callisto? I'm not using PHP right now (in reference to the Announcement about PHP), but a LOT of my images are returning as broken links (for me and dozens of other users), and the CGI is dreadfully slow (my Ikonboard forum is practically falling apart...css isn't loading, ALL the images are broken links most of the time).

Is this related to the PHP problem?
