Looks like it's cause of your Forums. If those forums require a pop up to use the,I would drop them. Too many free, better no-pop add forums out there.

Yeah those popups will be gone come the first of the month, and yeah fireworks was the main program used.

Good site navigation, understandable purpose, not a great color combination, might better use the left margin, and do all your member have their own site specific emails, if so good call. I think you have the basis for a very good community and fun.

Your CI Host pop up is too bad. They are the biggest double billers on the internet and scum bags full.
