adding usernames

Hello there

I'm curious if there is a way to add ftp usernames and passwords?

I'd like to allow someone else to have access certain folders of my website. I don't want the entire things available to him though.

Does anyone know if this is a possibility?

I have been reading through posts and have determined that this feature will available in a few weeks when the new webmaster area is released. (thats what starr says!)
