Anyone having trouble getting connected to the FTP tonight? (9:15pm CST). It was working and then stopped about thirty minutes ago. Just wondering if the DOS problem that effected the email system this morning has shown up again and effecting the FTP at 64.63.125.38.

Well, it's about 11:20 EST and the ftp for both sites I run on powweb are working just fine on mercury and jupiter.

It's 9:45 AM EST and venus has not been working for the last hour. How do you report outages to Powweb? Their phone line isn't open until 9 Pacific time, another three hours.

I can't FTP right now either...I sent an email too. I thought it was just me!

cannot ftp logon to venus server. can ftp logon to another account on terra server. is anyone having similar problems.

I'm having the exact same problem with venus. I'm a little frustrated because my internet connection was down for 24 hours since yesterday morning (not Powweb's fault or problem at all), and then when I'm finally back on, I can't update our webpage... **sniffle**

Does ANYONE know when it will be back up?? I have to update our site since we have date-sensitive stuff I have to update and it looks like I'm not doing my job here....
Perhaps a coffee will make it better... yes, that's it: a whole pot. :)

At 5pm EST still unable to upload to Venus since 9am this morning. Tech support answered my e-mail saying there were no server problems. Has anyone else heard from tech support on when the problem will be resolved?

I'm still not able to connect to my FTP on venus either, but I got an e-mail back from Tech Support acknowledging the problem. Their e-mail was as follows:

"Sorry for the inconvenience. Our admins are aware of and working on this issue.

I find it odd they claim there is no problem. Did you mention venus specifically? I know they have other servers that are apparently working fine.

About an hour ago Venus came back on and I could upload files ........ but now [9 pm EST] its down again!!!
