The site was over all pretty good,
The problems I saw were: All the pages arecramped against the top of the screen, I don't like that closed in feel; The text on the home page is to light in places "click here" ; Promotion and pack act like seperate links when the cursor is placed over them same with demestic violence and help; If this site is ment for people unfamiliar with you you should put better captions for the pictures.

Very extensive and well done site. Great home page graphics/setting and the page header(s) graphic is very effective. One suggestion, if you do not specify a CSS background color or <body bgcolor=> the surfer's browser default color is used, mine is gray someone else might have red someone else might have "white", it's best if you control the presentation. So you might make this small modification. It may not change your view but it will change a lot of surfers views. I could offer more but why mess with a pretty picture.
