Once get into the site obvious you've put a lot of time into it. navigation is easy to understand.
One problem, maybe a bit better on other monitors with other graphic cards, but you may want to try to find a way to change the tile image on index page of site. Lighten the color up. Two reasons. The text is hard to read, [blends in with the tile]& colors too similar. Second thing: the tile's borders are not blending very smoothly, lightening the color up would help appearance on that as well.
