I Re-designed my whole site with Macromedia Flash 5. Looking for ideas, comments, and anything else. I would really appreciate anything from you guys. Also check out my web design pages.

I think Flash and Shockwave can produce amazing websites......truly the "Best of the Web".
I looked at both both the main and the design pages and found them easy to read and navigate. They have a professional looking layout that can only help in promoting your web design business. I do have two criticisms that apply to one or both pages, though.
It is just my own opinion, but I find that continually looping some of the animations is bit distracting. It is not really bad in the Horsepill.com logo. I actually like it on the webdesign page where your features on the right blink in and out.
The moving squares were too distracting, though. My biggest problem is with your menu on the main page that not only has a lot of distracting action, but also the topic you mouse over seems to disappear. This might put off a client who wants you to design a site that doesn't intimidate their own technically limited audience. I dont mean to knock what you did, it is a very cool effect. IMHO, it might detract from getting webdesign clients.
There is a site I visited recently that is inconsistent, but has some awesome useage of Shockwave and Flash. Some pages are much better than others....this one being the best.

If I ever learn to use Shockwave and Flash, this is what I would be striving for. There are subtle continuously looping animations and mouseover actions that are just outstanding. I think you are on the same track, with good ideas. You just need to look at whether your presentation inspires visitors to continue navigating and "buy" what is being offered, or if it is an obstacle towards that goal.
Good luck with it.
