Very nice, looks like you've worked hard to make it a great site :)

The only (minor) negative thing I saw was that it was a bit slow loading on a dialup connection.

Even though you state "best if viewed in 1024x768" it still looked great at 800x600.

is very wide and tall. I used 1024x768 full view to give it all the display area it deserves. I'm sure anything I have to offer you've thought about and it's "whatever". First, I like the marquee link logos. Very attractive and creative but takes up so much value viewing space (for those who can not easily shift from 800x600 to 1024x768) . Would not the same purpose be served by putting the marquee at the bottom of the left menu as a slower one logo at a time movement. Next, your links to a new window are well used, as they should be. In fact, I suggest using a new window for any link in the main frame area(this includes your school, film sites, festivals & funding links) . At times the navigation relies extensively on the back button. OK for me but my grandpa might get confused, another thread joke, but I love your "GoBack sound" so there is some compensation. Speaking of compensation, you owe me for all the popups I had to suffer.
A very interesting site. Be sure and let us know when you have "film shorts" dots connected.
