Webalizer configuration

Hi,

I have slightly modified file etc/webalizer.conf accordingly to what I read on the webalizer web site, and after that statistics for yesterday has not been generated. More exactly I have added one string to the end of this file:

AllReferrers yes

Could someone help?

I'm not really sure anybody's webstats got updated last night. Probably nothing that you did.

Yes, something is definatly wrong--my stats for the 24th are much lower than usual.

:( I am trying to get the refering feature to work also. Did you use the default .conf file from webalizer web site and edit it or did you edit the .conf on your server.

I used file that already have been on the server. I just have added one string in it.

My stats weren't updated last night either, nor tonight. As active a group as I've got using my site, I'm hopeful they'll get it running again pretty quick, as I like to keep a close watch on bandwidth usage.

Well, I heard from Support this morning. They are having me rename my webstats folder so it doesn't get overwritten when the server refreshes tonight. Way cool!

My stats stopped working the 24th also.
Is there a common solution?

I'm hesitant to recommend that anyone else do this without contacting support@powweb.com for themselves. Basically what they told me to do was to rename my webstats folder to something other than "webstats." At midnight tonight, when the server is "refreshed" tonight at midnight, a new webstats folder will be created and my stats will be run for this last week.

I would really urge you to contact them for yourself to make sure this is the way for you to go.

The new string ( AllReferrers yes ) helps in viewing all the referrers? .... why are u using it? ...
