problems with powweb service

we just set up H3 Digital (http://www.h3digital.com) and have been having tons of problems. we are unable to connect to the ftp server 50% of the time, and pretty much have the same percentages with email?

is this just a freak 3 day stretch of service (even though it is the first 3 days) or is there a secret to having consistant email and ftp capabilites?

Other than the small issue we just experianced w/ the routing w/ Internap, there have been zero problems on our end. :)

BTW, the small demo didn´t play, sound ok, first QT reported a codec error, second time it was just white. No problems opening the large one. Very impressive. Familiar sound (Questec (http://www.questec.com/)).
