Graphical chat

I wasn't sure if I should ask this here or what... but here's the question anyway.

Is it possible to host an A1000Words.net (http://www.A1000Words.net ) graphical chat on PowWeb? Or would that be breaking some sort of policy..? And would it have enough space?

I checked out their demo. Fun idea and doesn't look too hard to run except you'd have an issue probably convincing powweb to run their server program for you. The interface looks like PHP which you could do.
