Could someone PLEASE acknowledge that you know the mysql server is down on Callisto? Is anyone there? If we knew that you were aware of it, anger levels wouldn't be as ferocious. Sending a message to support without a response from them other than the autoresponder makes me feel out-in-the-cold.
I would even be happy with a message that only said "We know."

They don't come in till 11am PST
so I wouldn't expect ANY action til after that

First they have to get to the office at 11am PST & have a cup of coffee - then after they sift thru the hundreds of support emails for important stuff, I'm sure we're first on the list to restart the server.

MySQL has been restarted and it is working now. The server load on callisto is still higher than what it should be. Our admins will conitintue to look into the problem.
