My only word of advise is don't.
MS-Publisher is really bad at doing web pages. I use Publisher for doing my club's newsletter (printed) and it works great for that. Every so often I have someone tell me that I should put it up as a regular web page (not just the .pdf) since 'Publisher can do that easily'.
As soon as I show them the result, they never ask about it again.
The only reason Publisher (and every other Microsoft product) can output web pages (howevery badly) is that Bill G told the company he wanted everything to be 'internet enabled'. Publisher acutally produces worse web sites then Word - and that's hard to do.

So what tools do you use I am looking at AceHTML 5 Pro right now
I use there FTP program now, I have been using Edit plus and it is ok but think if I am actually now running a site flexibility and speed may have to come into play now

When I (briefly) did websites professionally, I used a combination of DreamWeaver and a simple text editor.
On my current site I used FrontPage as an editor/proofing tool (and simple tables/etc), I also used a simple text editor for touchups. I dislike the code FrontPage generates, but it does syntax highlighting that makes editing easier.

Peggy,
You might want to check this out. It is a free html program and many seem to like it.
