FTP doesn't work

I added another FTP user a few days ago. And then she told me that when she tried to connect with the user name, It says 530 Authentication failed. Can somebody explain why?

hi tasia, Welcome to the forum :)
Can you connect with the new FTP info? If so then it will be on her end somewhere. Make sure she has FTP setup correct and with passive mode.

If not then something went wrong. Delete that one and try again.
