I was hoping we would get a little more information before this original thread was closed. Many of us lost the bulk of our sites for the 9+ hour outage and although the stability of the MySQL at callisto seems good since the reset - is this problem preventable in the future?

Can we look forward to more outages like this in the future?
Because the callisto server was functioning during this outage - how does the 9+ hour outage factor into the overall uptime since MySQL is part of the purchase package for many of us?
I think these are legitimate questions and should not be construed as a ***** session regarding this server.
