Still waiting to hear from Tech Support

I filed a trouble ticket at 4am CST.

My site has been down since last night. I am hosted on terra.powweb.com

I am getting a flood of e-mails from my users wanting to know what's going on and when my site is going to be back up.

I can get into OPS and everything says ok except the actual domain (www.gundamwatch.com) is listed as "N/A".

Going to my site gives me a 403 Forbidden error. I have not deleted or moved any files for a few days now.

I cannot FTP in either. I can still get to my e-mail accounts.

I am desperate to get some word as to what happened.

The Tech support at powweb.com is excellent.
I got all my answers in hrs .... wait for 24 hrs they will answer you for sure ...... :)

It's been over 24 hours. Although fcsnc from this forum has been very helpful in getting information for me.

don't know if you got it working yet... but everything from the internet looks ok....

Ping reaching terra.powweb.com , your DNS info is allright...

from the looks of the page, you've got a permisson thing going on...

If it's something with your site, Support is not in a position to help, all they can do is check an make sure everything is good on their end....

You say you can't FTP either?, are you ftp://your site.com , or ftp:terra.powweb.com?... this was an issue for a while.... people were using their temporary FTP accounts... and when some DNS stuff happens.... you cannot connect... via the temp FTP accout... but you could through your regualr ftp account...

Normally, even if everything is OK, from their end, they will get back to you pretty soon...
