FTP Again

Does anyone have any tricks for getting into FTP? I can get on it from work, however, I can't get on terra or venus at home again. I could for about 750kb, then it kicked me out. Personally, I think this problem is getting old.:(

ISP problems perhaps?

Can you run a traceroute (tracert from a DOS or command prompt) from your local machine to your domain name and post the output here?
