Does Powweb intend to offer autoresponders in the near future?

I've been told that they don't have now and won't be in the near future. You might want to check into a script that will serve your purpose.

Hi,

We do plan to offer autoresponders in the future. However, that is not on our priority list at this time.

Thanks for your reply. I am interested in automatically replying to emails. Do you have any script suggestions?

I do not know any off the top of my head. But, I'm sure someone in our community can assist you. :)

There are two types of autoresponders.

#1: Someone completes a form on your site and the script sends you the data and sends a confirmation / thank you to the person automatically.

#2: Someone is interested in your products / services and subscribes to a list. Pre-written 'followup' letters are automatically sent at specific intervals to stay in touch with them and continue to promote your site. These could be 3 days, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, etc. after they subscribe and can send as many as you wish.

For #1 try either of these:

Envex Formmailer (http://members.envex.net/envex/scripts/formmail.html)

MailTo (http://www.cgiscript.net/affiliate/csAffiliate.cgi?id=1547) This one is great.

For #2
