new web package emtpy

I purchased another domain package today and I ftp into my site there is no htdocs or any other folder. Also, my temp url http://pixelreviewcom.powweb.com is blank and doesn't have the under contruction page.

Give it some time, it takes between 30 minutes to 3 hours before the folders are created and the default index.html page is there.

If you feel that it's already been that long or longer, then email support@powweb.com and explain it to them. Be sure to include the domain name if you email them.
