Insoluble problem

Hi,

my web statistics is not being updated since 23 January. Someone here on the Forum has advised me to rename webstats folder, I did it and this did not help. I wrote to the tech support and they advised me to turn off web statistics and to turn on it again. This also did not correct the problem. I have written to tech support again and for now they more than 24 hrs keep silence.

Could someone help me?

Try deleting or renaming the folder, then turning webstats off, then back on again.

Or don't bother. My stats have been down since the 24th, too, and nothing I've tried will get them to work again. Hopefully PowWeb will sort this out in due time.

Now that I check, mine have been down too, since January 29th. PowWeb's probably working on it.
