Missing Module?

Gosh, even the Moderators have questions from time to time!

I'm attempting to install a Perl script and it's looking for a module to operate:

Crypt::SSLeay not found

Since this is unfamiliar to me, i'm hoping Starr or one of the tech people can provide clues to this function and if it's supported.
