cannot logging with ftp

I'm using CuteFtp. Second day I'm trying to connect to orion.powweb.com, but it can't login. What's the problem?

Were you given an IP address as well as the hostname (orion.powweb.com) in your setup letter?

Just for a test, please change the hostname in your FTP configuration from "orion.powweb.com" to "64.63.125.42". Give that a try, and report back.

You're quite welcome. Looks like DNS for orion propagated some bad info and the correct info is still being propagated. In a few days, you can change the host back to "orion.powweb.com" or (better) "ftp.<yourdomain>" ... assuming propagation on DNS for your domain has been completed.
