Jupiter is not up on THIS planet

My site is still down, I don't care what the administrator says. I was uploading before the pregame show, and just checked my site.

It is down again.

Yeah, jupiter is really unstable! It's been up and down for me alot too!

Both of your sites come up fine for me at this time.

My site works fine now too, but it doesn't always come up. Alot of the time it will go down for like 30 minutes to an hour and then come back up again. It happens alot when i change settings at OPS.
