Web Stat's

Ok, so mine brain is sumwhere else right now.
I turn'd on web stat's to keep track 'o stuff, but, when I take a look at it, I don't have a clue what I need to really look at an all.
An, does anyone know when we'll be able to check our account size in OPS?

I am not sure of the current usefulness of the webstats, since mine don't appear to be working correctly either. At 2:15 pm EST yesterday (2/2/02) I got this response from Support:

"There are a few issues with the stats at this time. We are currently in the process of resolving these issues and appreciate your continued patience in this matter."

...and have heard nothing since.

As for the additional OPS features pertaining to file/space management, we have been told that they are coming "very soon," but I have never seen an upgrade formally announced in advance.

Well then 'mebbe I ain't as brain dead as I thought right now then.
I did think the stat's were a bit "not right".
So I guess that does explain a few thing's.

The letter that has been sent to me on 2 Feb was more definite:

"We believe that we have corrected this stats issue. Please allow 24 hours for the statistics server to update, this should resolve your stats issue."

24 hours passed but my stats still don't work.
