POP3 email acount (creating new one)

I tried to create a new POP3 account for my admin to have his own email address for the site. I entered in all the info then clicked on Webmail to try and log in under the account and it says I have the wrong name, password or something else. I have tried many times and it wont work. Am I doing something wrong?

Sometimes it can take 30 minutes to a couple of hours for new users to be created.

Give it a shot again in a little while and see if that works. If not, try resetting the password and waiting again. If THAT does not work, try getting with the folks at support@powweb.com.
