Single level house is MY Future and retirement, It is called Ranch-Style! :)
If I spent money and time into this, as I aged, I'd have to find someone Stupider than I, because now it's USED!!!
We are not talking HOUSE market on re-sale, but select and probably NO few! SO I'd Take one REALLY BAD return....as in basically nothing.....
Re-sale value is NOTHING....but $3000 above land price, because there is a building....
DON'T take my word for this.....ASK your nearest realtor on re-sale price! :(
