Why is My Webmail Inbox ALWAYS Empty?

This has been happening for quite a while, my Webmail inbox is ALWAYS empty, no incoming mail at all?! I know it's not true because as soon as I use Outlook Express to download, mails are coming through.

I can't imagine what I could have done wrong, any thoughts?

This is really strange and something must be wrong.

Make sure all the settings in the ops (and in webmail) are correct. If problem persists, I would suggest you to email support@powweb.com

Thanks! But I don't see any setting feature within Webmail. I'll send an email to Support and hopefully they can have the problem resolved.

If you want to keep the mail on your webmail acount then you need to make a change on outlook. Under the server section for the mail account setup there will be a box to check off to keep mail on the server. It will also give you the option to have it delete it after several days if you want.

Do you have more than one POP account? Check your settings in your email against what you’re using via WebMail.
