A couple of things though....

1. Make sure you are not SELLING the space. It's against PowWeb's TOS to resell several sites on the same package.
2. Make sure you're aware that users will only be able to upload via a web interface. They can't have FTP access (or you could only at MAX have 9 other users besides yourself).
3. You are still resposible for ALL content uploaded to your site. So if someone else posts something bad on their site... PowWeb will look at YOU. Not them. :)
