Unable to log into OPS

First time user here. I am unable to log into OPS with the Username and/or Password that was sent to me by email from PowWeb last Thursday. What do I do now? Thanks for this service!

Make sure you are signing in using your "webuser" name and password. This is (probably) different from your FTP username and password. Your webuser name was contained in your "Welcome to Powweb Hosting" email.
