Hi,

I am new to Powweb and I got on with a bad start!!
I have been registered for more then one week and still can't see my web domain.... http://www.nutritionanalyser.com

It all started on the first day...
I have mispelled my domain name (http://www.nutritonanalyser.com )
Note, I have missed the "i" between the "t" and "o"...

so, I email billing and ask then to correct it (that was within the first 24 hours... and before they actually registered the wrong domain...) and billing responded with an OK and I was able to see that in my account OPS->DomReg section (also I have check for it on www.register.com and registration was correct in my name )... but any reference under OPS->Package was still refering to the wrong domain....

I have been emailing support every day since and they seem not to understand what the problem is.. and keep sending me that every should be working....

Any recommandation... Please!!.. few people are waiting for me to provide them with links (TEMP URL not suitable ...) so I can get on with business and also I have paid to start earlier....

Temp URL is working: (nutritonanalysercom.powweb.com )
I name is also still mispelled there (I don't really have problem with that since it is a temp.. but I is not good enough to start promoting the site...)

I made sure your domain and package name were changed to "nutritionanalyser.com". Once DNS updates at midnight tonight (PDT), your account should function properly using the correct domain name.

If after tomorrow morning, you still have the same problem, send me a message.

Thanks Starr for your quick response...
I guess I just got to wait ... I am assuming that is midnight at your end... what is the time over there...?

I am in Australia and it is midday now..

Hanibaal:

I guess that depends upon where you are in AUS!

Powweb runs on PST (Pacfic Savings Time). That means they are on the US West coast.

You can find sights all across the web that will convert times and time zones for you.

First I like to thanks you for getting my web site up and running...:)

but I still have some problems with emails... any emails sent to any of my pop3 or SMTP users.. always bounce back.. including the master account (hanibaal@nutritionanalyser.com)

Please help!!!
