Problem with domain name

Hi! This is the first time I buy a domain and rent web space, I usually use free servers, and I just can't get something straight: I uploaded an index.html file saying that the site is under construction, and when I visit www.constantinmusic.com I should get that page, right? Why am I not directed to the index file on powweb's servers? Should I setup anything in OPS area? Isn't powweb supposed to do the necessary steps? I don't have a lot of experience with this kind of problems, please help me out. Thanx in advance!

According to the main whois database for .com (at Network Solutions), your domain hasn't been registered.

When did you do this? If it's been less then 12 hours, the main database might not be reloaded yet. If it's been more then 12, something went wrong with your registration.

I checked again today to see if the address works, now it does, so I guess there's a 12-24h delay from registering to having it functional. Thanx for taking the time to help me.
