Can I use one of these on PowWeb?

Can I use either Movable Type (http://www.movabletype.org/) or Nucleus (http://www.nucleuscms.org/) on PowWeb? Is anyone else using either of them?

Movable Type for sure. Others are using it. Not sure about Nucleus, but don't see any reason why you could'nt.
