Ok even tho Im quite annoyed well ok very annoyed id like to act in a mature manner and wait for someone to answer these questions...

1. Why was my forum down for 2 nights on the bounce .. its the database stuff again isnt it .. how much longer are your daily errors gonna ruin my sites reputation as a 'active online' community?

2. I recently purchased a vbulletin board installed it .. but it is going extremely slow for people on dial up and sluggish for broadband users.. I had a phpbb board installed and it was fast as ever so why all of a sudden is it frustrating to visit my forum for users because of slow loading pages? This is more than likely the speed of the server, or 'another' error with the database. If im wrong cause im just assuming please inform me why lately things have been loading very slow.

====

Im on the callisto.powweb.com server and my website forum which has been going very slow is www.str8ballin.com/forum (http://www.str8ballin.com/forum) .

I cannot understand how so many errors and down time can occur, ive only been with powweb for 3 months and my site has had conistant errors and downtime .. I mean for crying out loud most of us who use powweb are payying customers who own sites with reputations that may well be gettin tarnished and destroyed so please do something.

Give me feedback I want answers, I dont want to be ignored in my pleas for information.

although mine is not public (just learning), it is/was running extremely slow and I am using ikonboard.
http://www.thebrownconnection.ws/cgi-bin/ikonboard/ikonboard.cgi

seems to be better atm.

Somebody with board control has modified the title of the thread .. but cant shed any light .. why can nobody answer questions, I want to know about the quality of something I have paid hard earned money for. Also someone above me has had similar problems so this is an issue what needs attention.
