the idea behind nwtucson.com is a guide to local businesses, entertainment, etc, and then im planning on offering an "enhanced" listing for a small price where the clients will get more text, pictures, logos, etc. any feedback on the layout of the site would be greatly appreciated!

I liked your site.
It is easy to navigate and looks good.
It's useful too, if you live in Tucsan.
I would consider changing the font for
the top nav bar, it may look cleaner
if you remove the italics.

Just my opinion though.

Get 5 people, who know nothing about your site, and let them look at it for 5 seconds.

If they can tell you what the whole site is about, then you have a winner.

only thing i would change if i had worked on it, would be to try and brighten up the left column navigational links..

otherwise i think it rocks! i especially like how you have your content right in the middle of the screen in it's own little area. just because we have the whole window to fill doesn't mean we have to.. ;)

Nice. I like the compact interface design. I do agree with the left needing a pick-me-up though, the top menu's look great. Still, it's so good we shouldn't even be considering the fact that you're seventeen :)
