WTF did you do to my EMAIL!!!

You accidentally corrupted your own email when you created an alias that has the same name as your master account.

This is covered in our FAQ section. Please take the time to read and fully understand how our systems work before you make any changes to your account.

FYI, deactivate that alias and then delete it, and your problems will disappear. :)

Starr, I went and read all the Email FAQs because I didn't recall reading about this topic. I couldn't find where this particular issue was addressed.

Would you be so kind as to point me to the FAQ you are referencing?

Are you saying that if I create an alias with the same name as my domain it will bugger my email? For example if my domain is hairball.com, and I create an alias of 'hairball' so as to get mail sent to hairball@hairball.com, will that break my email?

I believe what he was saying was that if your original main account name is hairball, you cannot create an email alias pop account with the userid being hairball regardless of the domain name you have registered.

in other words, if the id you use to logon to the members section is hairball, you cannot create another email alias with the id of hairball because it already exists as the main, catch-all mailbox
