Clarification on space

Just for clarification, do we have 100MB of space or 100 million bytes? Likewise are we allowed 12 GB of transfer per month or 12 billion bytes? Not that I'll ever have to worry about it :), I was just curious.

We say 100 MB, we mean 100 MB. Likewise for our 12 Gb limit. :)

Thanks for the reply. It's nice to see there's one web host who knows what a MB really means. (A selling point, me thinks.)
