Why is my site down??? Can someone please help??? It was up earlier. This has been happening since friday.

ok this is getting ridiculous. why is my site down again? I need some answers!!! You can answer me here , but I know from experience you never do... But something needs to be done. 99.7%uptime??? C'mon whats the deal? Someone from powweb needs to respond and answer me why my site is constantly down!!! . I want answers.

OK, after reading the posting in here I'm very nervous because I just signed up and paid my money. I suppose I always have the 30 days policy because if my site goes down even once in the 30 days..I'm outta here!! I know things happen but reading posts like this really makes me crazy because I cannot handle my site ever being down. I am on a domain for over 3 years now..and not once was it down except for a power outtage..
anyway, just voicing my nervousness..no need to reply!!

I am getting a MySQL error trying to access the brendalee4ever site. Does it use MySQL? I note an announcement about MySQL but it claims it is fixed - I don't know if this has any connections to your problem.

Do you have a page on your site that doesn't require MySQL to view? Can you see it?

Have you sent mail to support@powweb.com?

yes it is presently up. Problem I have is its up then down...up then down.....I don't get an actual error it just will not open then I get a not such url or cant find my url. I just want to know y?

Hard to say. Next time it happens, post the exact text of the error you get.

The machines your sites are hosted on haven't had problems in the times you've indicated. We did have the MySQL issue on mysql01 yesterday, which (while short-lived) may have been the cause of some of your problems.

Do let us know if you experience further difficulty, and quote the exact error message, date, and time.
