Support via email? for EMAIL NOT WORKING

It seems like no one at POweb is working on my email problem...

Well actually they are but they are emailing me to ask about my problem with not being able to get my email.

Hmmm....

So why does it seem like no one is really trying to fix this. If it were not really a problem, it might be funny.

A domain name would be nice a nice place to start. :)

I am posting to let everyone know they are not alone when they get poor service. Only the administrators can fix it. It was working and then my email stopped being delivered to my inbox.
I have sent for support but there response was to email me.

Do you get the irony?

It is not funny.

I have lost email for about 3 days.

I logged into the webmail and there is nothing in my inbox.

I changed my hosting to another provider to solve the problem and the admins say that was the problem.

You still have not supplied a domain name.

Most likely, there was a miss-configuration on your end. If you would post your domain, I can research and tell you exactly what your problem was.
